The Whirligig reimagines an American classic through the language of fine woodworking. Handmade by luthier Clayton Pledger exclusively for Spring Road Nursery, it recalls a tradition of craftsmanship that once animated gardens and farmyards across the country.
Crafted from hardwoods with the same care and precision as a musical instrument, each one catches even the lightest breeze, bringing quiet movement to the garden. Part of our effort to work more closely with Vermont craftspeople, it is built to weather beautifully and become part of the landscape over time.
